God bless your soul Tammy- ever resplendent in Heaven I know. You are truly missed. As an artist I'm happy I reached your heart in 1999 with a cartoon tribute (according to your letter, mine was your first from England!)...as you touched mine with your faith, songs and phenomenal courage and messages of hope. God bless your family in their loss..as Heaven gained your spirit. You will shine forever.

I know it's been a little while since God called you home, know today, I broke out your last album and listened to some of your greatest work. Tammy Faye was a 1 of a kind woman that I met when she was very active in the Gay Rights movements, I am a former Miss GAY USA and Tammy and I met in a restraunt in down town LA 2 days after she and Jamie Charles were ther and TF was redoing her head shots... the picture up tp the left is the day before I met her. I AM babbleing on today because your on my mind and alls I want to hear is "don't give up" and "Amazing Grace"....there will never be another TF......I know your in Heaven and I will walk with you again some day!!

Dear Tammy Faye.
I write you from Chile. Yes, it's so far away, and I think I'm the only chilean to know about you, but I'd like you and your family to know that you are an inspiration for me, for being the first religious person that accepted and opened her arms and heart to a gay person. For that and for all the strength and all the endless love you bring into my life, I'm thankful.
And like you sang: "I will never dare to give up!"
Take care of me from above.
R.I.P.
Love, Márxcico.

I know that you are gone now, but I want you to know that you touched my life. You are my hero. You are so kind and loving, and you made me look twice at life. When life gives you lemons make lemonade. If everyone were like you there would be no need for heaven, because we would already be there.

Dear Tammy,

When you leaved us last year, I gently asked you to be the Guardian Angel of my daughter who's a very smart, nice and brilliant university student. And you approved my request. So, you still do little miracles from the place that you deserves the most, Heaven.

Thank you for still thinking and looking at us from There.

R.I.P. Tammy Faye. Some members of Hurricane High School have gotten together and developed a Tammy Faye Fan Club. We spend lunch once a week getting together and reminiscing of the days when Tammy was alive. We miss her dearly and watch the Eyes Of Tammy Faye religiously.

I know Tammy is with the Lord now.But I want to tell her her family how much I loved Tammy and miss her so much! i met her a few times and her pictures don't make her justice for she was a petiete woman, beatiful woman with the most beatiful eyes!We spoke twice and she wrote me once I wish I stil had her letter! I lost it in one of my moves to S.C.
One day she said to me "don't put your eyes on me but on Jesus He is number ONE! Tammy Sue if you read this know that she loved you so much. If there is a place to chat about Tammy let me know.To her husband I want to say thanks for taking care of her...Well we all know there was only one TAMMY.We miss her and get her music.
My favorite was "Don't give Up" This son held me at a time I had to travel from S.C. to go and see my son that was hit by a drunk driver and was not sure if he would be alive when we drove to Virginia{a 9 hour drive}but PTL he is alive and well.I got saved at PTL in a Crusade of James Robinson.

I'm ashamed to say that I wanted to hate you when I first heard of you. This was the 80's and I believed what the media said. Then came the Surreal Life. Oh my how you shined just being you. I'm so sorry I thought those bad thoughts along time ago. I was so wrong. You opened my eyes that maybe I shouldn't believe everything I hear on TV. You were a rariety. Someone that beyond all the setbacks, you stayed friendly, loving, accepting and with a sense of humor. I know my words are failing to describe my love for you. I never cried when a famous person pasted, I felt bad but never cried. When you left us, it tore me up, the only time I wept that hard was with the passing of a close friend. I know you're home with God now but man, I so miss you and feel this world could have used some more time with you because I honestly believe that you were very very wise and gave countless numbers of people hope and love when they truley needed. You will ALWAYS have a place in my heart.

Rest well and peacefully, sweet angel.
Blessings, love and comfort, still, to your loving family and friends. Your presence here on earth is still greatly missed; but Heaven is still aglow from the magnificent and brilliant light that is your Spirit, the sweet sound of your wonderful voice, and that ever-special and beautiful smile.
We are all better having known of and about you.
Much love and light sweet Tammy,
~Wanda

Tammy, i miss you.
I miss your music, your words, and your incredible attitude. I hope you are having the BEST time in heaven, with Jesus and your Aunt Gin, and everyone else you have ever cared about...
It is a much lonlier place here without you. I also pray for your kids, that they can get along without you for this short time. I will never forget your love and everything you gave to the world. I met you once, but love you forever.
All my heart, Shannon Doyle McCool

I know she is with the Lord now and I envy her we all pray that one day we can join her. I always looked forward to going to Heritage USA to meet her and her family but was never allowed to do so we didn't have the money. watched PTL every time it was on. I learned a lot about the Lord from her and she showed me how to deal with pain in a joyful way and praise the Lord wihle doing it I am in pain too from my illiness but not as bad as she had to go through but God is keeping me going. I loved Tammy from the first time I ever saw her and will love her forever even though she is not here I pray that one day I will be ble to meet her in Heaven. Thanks Tammy for the good times you showed us on your show.

Your ministry still goes on...your legacy continues... the books, tapes and music... your voice and the memories... still ministers to the hearts of hurting people... of Gods love... I think you know this now... smiling from heaven with the Savior. Thank you! I know he has said "Well done". May others follow your example...

Hi Tammy, I just finished watching the documentary "The eyes of Tammy Fae. I am 27 and knew not much about you or your story other than faint memories of what was played out in the media. I was touched by how genuine you are. I do see the love of Christ Jesus in you. It is rare to see that in people anymore. ninny
